Derek Jernstedt

Derek Jernstedt is the Executive Director, and member of the board of HEDCO and Quest Foundations. Prior to becoming the Executive Director of both foundations fourteen years ago, Derek was in the sports marketing industry managing programs for clients that included the U.S. Army, AT&T, and Coca-Cola. Derek currently serves on the University of Oregon’s Foundation Board of Trustees, and is a member of the College of Education’s Advisory Council. Derek and his wife Jennifer live in Danville, CA. They keep busy with their two kids attending sporting events and carpooling to practices and games. In his pockets of free time, Derek enjoys golfing, reading, and following the Ducks’ athletic programs.
