Gina Matthews

Gina Matthews is the founder of Little Engine Productions, a production company responsible for films like hit romantic comedies “What Women Want”, “13 Going On 30”, and “Isn’t it Romantic”. As a producer in the film industry she has won an Emmy, a GLAAD Award and a Critic’s Choice Award, but the one of which she is most proud is the ReFrame Stamp earned by “Isn’t It Romantic” for demonstrating success in gender-balanced hiring. Matthews grew up in Eugene, Oregon and currently lives in Los Angeles.
