Jason George
Jason George is an American screenwriter and producer who focuses on true, journalistic stories. He has written for numerous television shows including The Blacklist, Scandal and Narcos. In film, he was most recently a producer on the film, Vice, which received eight nominations at the 91st Academy Awards, including “Best Picture. Before completing a master of fine arts from UCLA’s screenwriting program, Jason published more than 1,000 stories as a reporter for top publications, including the New York Times and the Chicago Tribune. Additionally he has spent two years in the Middle East and on the presidential campaign trail receiving numerous honors as a journalist, including a first place win at the Society for Professional Journalists and a grant from the Pulitzer Center for Crisis Reporting.
