Max Siemers

Max Siemers leads film at ACE Entertainment, the company behind Netflix’s smash hit To All the Boys I’ve Loved Before, one of the platform’s most-watched originals that reignited the rom-com genre. A proud Duck (2006-2010), Max served as Pit Crew Vice President while majoring in Sociology and spent summers grinding through film internships in L.A. After graduation, he joined Lionsgate, working on The Hunger Games, before teaming up with producer Matt Kaplan to produce eight films at Blumhouse and later lead film at AwesomenessTV. Now at ACE, with a first-look deal at Paramount, Max develops star-making projects and delivers culture-shaping films—proving hustle opens every door.
